Dear All,
We would wish to notify all muslim friends that Regent do serves muslim food. The reason they did not attain the halal certification is because they serve Alcohol and they do not have a separate kitchen catering to the preparation of halal food. However, rest assure that the kitchen has a completely separated station for the preparation of muslim food with equipments that are used solely for the preparation of the muslim menu. All food materials will come from certified food sources and prepared by a muslim chef.
We are very sorry for not being able to pick a halal food establishement as they are only 2 function areas that has halal certified F&B establishements (one being hyatt and the other being Suntec).
